Hello again! Today's card is one I have entered into the Freshly Made Sketches #FMS491 this week which is a sketch challenge. This sketch is a perfect way to use your scrappy strips
I used the Pansy Patch stamp set and combined with the Very Vanilla card and Pansy Petals DSP from Stampin' Up!®. I used the Pierced Blooms dies for the flowers.
Instructions:
- Use a piece of Very Vanilla card A4 cut in half and folded.
- Use a smaller piece of Very Vanilla for the next layer after embossing with the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder. Attach to the base with Liquid Glue. Use a smaller piece of Fresh Freesia Card and attach to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Cut inch strips of Pansy Petals DSP and also Very Vanilla card. Emboss the Very Vanilla with the Bark Embossing Folder. Attach the strips to the Fresh Freesia card, using Liquid Glue for the DSP and Stampin' Dimensionals for the cardstock.
- Use the Pierced Blooms dies and die cut flowers from Pale Papaya In Colour Shimmer Vellum. Use a small piece of Basic White card for one of the smaller flowers. Attach the flowers to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. Use the non-shimmery side of the vellum for the small flowers and adhere those with Liquid Glue.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Pansy Patch stamp set using Pale Papaya ink onto a small strip of Very Vanilla. Mat this onto a piece of Fresh Freesia and then attach to the card using Stampin Dimensionals.
- Add some 2021-2023 In colour jewels onto the flowers and card.
