Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's GDP368 CASE the designer Challenge . This week we are CASEing the amazing Stesha Bloodhart. I love her work and this week's inspiration was no exception. I used the monochromatic layers and distressed edges to inspire my card this week.

I used the Blessings of Home Bundle (Blessings of Home stamp set and coordinating Flowers of Home Dies), combined with a die from the All That Dies set. 

Instructions:

- Use a Fresh Freesia A4 card, cut in half lengthwise and folded. Layer with a piece of Basic White card, then a piece of Fresh Freesia with the edges distressed using your fingernail or a pair of Paper Snips. 

- Stamp the large floral image multiple times from the Blessings of Home set using Pale Papaya ink onto  Basic White card and layer onto the card. Stamp a sentiment from the Blessings of Home stamp set using Fresh Freesia ink and die cut with the All That Dies.  

- Die cut some flowers from Basic White using the Flowers of Home dies and colour with Stampin' Blends (Fresh Freesia, Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink). Add some Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to complete.

Today's theme is "Heat Embossing". I combined heat embossing with quite a few products from the Heart & Home Suite Collection including the Blessings of Home bundle, the HoneyBee Home stamp set and Hive 3D Embossing Folder.  All of these items are from the Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalouge.

Today's theme is "Spring". I used the Blessings of Home bundle and the Brilliant Rainbow Dies as well as the New Horizons DSP. All of these items are from the Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalouge.

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's #GDP333 Colour Challenge . This week the colours for the challenge are Mint Macaron, Garden Green and Balmy Blue.

I used the Special Moments Stamp Set (a Sale-a-bration set which will only be available till 16th March 2022), Brilliant Wings Dies and Flowers of Home Dies. I used techniques such as watercoloring with inks, ink blending and die cutting. 

Instructions:

- Use Basic White A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Use another piece of Basic White and apply splattered Mint Macaron and Garden Green ink and then emboss with the Bark Embossing Folder.

- Die cut two butterflies using the Brilliant Wings dies from Basic White. Apply Balmy Blue ink with a Water Painter to the butterflies, adding colour with a Stampin' Write marker to intensify the colour.  

- Die cut leaves using the Flowers of Home dies. Apply Garden Green ink using a Water Painter (to lighten the colour) and apply Mint Macaron ink to the other leaves using a Blending Brush. Adhere the leaves and the butterflies to the card.

- Stamp the sentiment from the Special Moments stamp set using Balmy Blue ink onto the Basic White card. Layer onto a strip of Hand-Penned DSP and then onto a label from the Hand-Penned Memories and More Pack. Adhere Rhinestone Basic Jewels coloured with Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends. Also add a Brush Brass Butterfly to the sentiment.

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's CASE the designer Challenge #GDP332 . This week we are CASEing my friend, the amazing and very talented Kim Fee. It took me a while to think of how to CASE her, but I finally decided to start with the yellow colours from her card. 

Instructions:

- Use Basic White A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Use another piece of Basic White and apply So Saffron ink through a piece of Paper Lattice using it as a stencil.  

- Stamp multiple flowers with the smaller floral image from the Blessings of Home stamp set using Smoky Slate onto Basic White card. Fussy cut the images to only use the main floral image. Colour the images with Stampin' Blends (Magenta Madness, So Saffron, Calypso Coral and Granny Apple Green).

- Emboss a piece of Vellum using the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder, punch or die cut into a circle shape and adhere to the card. Overlay the various floral images around the circle.

- Stamp the sentiment from the Blessings of Home stamp set using Smoky Slate ink onto the Basic White card. Layer onto a piece of So Saffron card and then onto a piece of the Paper Lattice. Adhere light yellow Matte Decorative Dots (retired).

Hello again! I have a card for you that uses a few different sets. I mainly wanted to featured the Knit Together (a background stamp from the Aug-Dec 2021 Mini) which will be carrying over to next year and I combined it with the Peaceful Deer set (also carrying over) and the new set from the upcoming Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalogue (which I have already featured) Blessings of Home. I combined this with the Seasonal Swirls Dies which are now retired, as well as the Gold & Rose Gold Metallic Specialty Paper.

Hello and welcome back. Today I have a card for the Casually Crafting Design Team December 2021 Blog Hop. This month we have a Tic Tac Toe Challenge, where you select a row in any direction. I decided to go diagonal this month and selected "White, Vellum and Gold"

The Casually Crafting Design Team are a group of Independent Stampin' Up!® demonstrators from around the world that want to share our love of crafting with you all. We all love simple and easy cards, so you will see cards that are ideally suited for beginners and casual crafters. Sometimes we will also be showing stepped up versions for the more avid crafter.

For this month, I decided to use the Blessings of Home stamp set, Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack, Gold Embossing Powder and Vellum to create my card.

- Basic White card base: A4/Letter cut in half lengthwise and folded in half.

- Basic White: A4 5 1/4" x 3 1/2"/ 13.7 cm x 9.3 cm or Letter 3 5/8" x 4 7/8"

Hello again! I have a card for the Colour INKspiration Challenges #CI110 this week. I am incredibly honoured to be invited to be Guest  Designer for this challenge after winning the  #CI108 Challenge for THIS card. I love colour challenges as they make me use colours and colour combinations I wouldn't normally pick. This challenge used Pale Papaya, Cajun Craze, Basic Black and Shaded Spruce.

I highly encourage you to join the Colour INKspiration Challenges Facebook Group as it is for Stampin' Up!® enthusiasts who love colour challenges. You do not need a blog to post and they have fortnightly challenges.

This weeks challenge is Just Add Ink #577...Just Add Inspiration . The colours in the inspiration photo are so lovely, I tried to replicate some of them in my card. For this card, I used the Blessings of Home stamp set which is an upcoming set in the Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalogue. One of the advantages of being a Stampin' Up!® demonstrator is the ability to see and purchase new items from the range early and at a discount. I also used the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder, Paper Lattice, Pattern Party DSP and Stampin' Up!® inks to create the loose watercoloured background.
