I Like You Lots - Nature's Symphony - GDP533 Colour Challenge


Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the Global Design Project's Colour Challenge where we are using Strawberry Slush, Petal Pink, Pretty Peacock! Make sure to visit the Global Design Project Instagram & Facebook pages during the week to see the rest of the team's entries.

For this card I used the Nature's Symphony stamp set and coordinating dies, Nature Walk DSP, Stampin' Blends, and Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems. 


Instructions:

- Use Pretty Peacock cardstock for the card base and layer with a piece of the Nature Walk DSP. Use a piece of Basic White and apply Petal Pink and Strawberry Slush Stampin' Blends mixed with Isopropyl Alcohol via a smooshing technique. Layer this piece onto the card.

- Use the Nature's Symphony Dies to die cut pieces from Basic White card, Nature Walk DSP and Petal Pink card. Add Strawberry Slush ink with a Blending Brush to the Basic White die cut leaves. Layer all the pieces onto the front of the card.

- Stamp a sentiment from the Nature's Symphony stamp set onto Basic White using Pretty Peacock ink. Tear a piece of the Nature Walk DSP and mat into under the sentiment and add to the card. Finally add some Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems to complete.

Thank You - Fabulous Sayings - GDP532 Case the Designer


Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the Global Design Project's Case the Designer Challenge where this week we are CASEing Marga Bultena! Make sure to visit the Global Design Project Instagram & Facebook pages during the week to see the rest of the team's entries.

For this card I used the Fabulous Sayings stamp set (January 2026 Product of the Month), Love Notes Mix & Match DSP, Covered In Flowers Accents, 2 3/8" Circle Punch, Stampin' Blends and Purple Adhesive Backed Sequins.

Instructions:

- Use a piece of the Flirty Flamingo cardstock for the card base. Layer with a piece of Basic White and then a piece of the Love Notes Mix & Match DSP after splattering of Flirty Flamingo ink onto it. 

- Use a floral die cut from the Covered In Flowers Accents and colour with Stampin' Blends. Use a 2 3/8" Circle Punch to punch out a circle from the Love Notes Mix & Match DSP and layer the pieces onto the card.

- Stamp a sentiment from the Fabulous Sayings stamp set onto Basic White using Highland Heather ink and fussy cut. Add the sentiment to the card and finally add some Purple Adhesive Backed Sequins.

XOXO - Endless Love - GDP531 Theme Challenge


Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the Global Design Project's Theme Challenge where our theme this week is "Hearts"! Make sure to visit the Global Design Project Instagram & Facebook pages during the week to see the rest of the team's entries.

For this card I used Endless Love Dies, Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape and Strawberry Slush Two-Tone cardstock.


Instructions:

- Use a piece of the darker Strawberry Slush Two-Tone cardstock for the card base. Layer with another piece of Strawberry Slush Two-Tone cardstock using the lighter side and distress the edges to expose the white core. Use a Blending Brush and Strawberry Slush ink to add colour to a piece of Basic White and layer onto the card.

- Use a piece of the Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape and adhere a strip onto a piece of Basic White. Use the large heart die from the Endless Love Die set to cut the heart out and layer onto the card. Use the smaller dies to cut out the sentiment and more hearts from Pretty in Pink card. Lay all the pieces onto the card and adhere.

Thinking of You - GDP528 Case the Designer Challenge


Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is another one for the Global Design Project's Case the Designer Challenge where we are CASEing ME!! My inspiration for this card was the layout, striped embossing on the accent card and the Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack that I used on the original card.

For this card I used True Blue Florals DSP (product of the month for December) which can be unlocked for $9 with a single order over $125), Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack, Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder (releasing in January 2026) and Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels.


Instructions:

- Use a piece of Night of Navy card for the card base, and layer with a two pieces of the True Blue Florals DSP. Emboss a smaller piece of Basic White using the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder and layer onto the card.

- Fussy cut floral and leaf images from the True Blue Florals DSP. Arrange the pieces onto the card. Layer a sentiment from the Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack and adhere to the card. Finally add some Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels to complete.
