Happy Birthday - Friendly Hello - Just Add Ink Colour Challenge JAI588

Happy Birthday - Friendly Hello - Just Add Ink Colour Challenge JAI588

Hello again and welcome back to my blog! I have another Just Add Ink Design Team post for you today.

This week's challenge is Just Add Ink #JAI588 - Colour Challenge . So this week's challenge is a colour challenge and involves the Stampin' Up!® 2020-2022 In Colours - Just Jade, Misty Moonlight and Magenta Madness. This is such a fun colour combination but as you know I love my florals, so I had to use the Friendly Hello stamp set (part of the Sale-a-bration offerings in Jan-Feb 2022 for spends over AUD$180). I also used the Artfully Composed DSP, a strip of the Abstract Beauty DSP, Art Gallery Stamp set (sentiment) and Meadow Moments Embossing Folder.

Instructions:

- Use Misty Moonlight cardstock, cut in half lengthwise and folded. Stamp images from the Friendly Hello stamp set using Misty Moonlight ink onto the card base. Layer a piece of the Artfully Composed DSP onto the card base and then a piece of Vellum.

- Use a strip of Basic White card and emboss with the  Meadow Moments embossing folder and adhere to the card. Layer strips of Misty Moonlight (Abstract Beauty DSP), Just Jade and Magenta Madness card over the top of the Basic White card. Stamp the flowers from the Friendly Hello stamp set onto Basic White card with Tuxedo Black ink and colour with Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight and Just Jade Stampin' Blends and adhere the flowers to the card.

- Stamp a sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set using Magenta Madness ink onto Basic White card, then adhere to a strip of the Abstract Beauty DSP and attach to the card. Colour some Rhinestone Basic Jewels with Misty Moonlight Stampin' Blends and adhere.

Dear Friend - Art In Bloom - Inspire and Create with Stampin' Up!®

Dear Friend - Art In Bloom - Inspire and Create with Stampin' Up!®

Hello and welcome back! So today's post is for the Inspire and Create with Stampin' Up!® team which is a brand new group of Stampin' Up!® demonstrators sharing our creations every 2 weeks highlighting different techniques and themes.

Today's theme was a Fun Fold. I don't often do fun folds, so I decided to keep it quite simple for my card today. I created a gatefold card using the Art in Bloom Bundle and attached the flowers to go over the opening to create more continuity.

Instructions:

- Use Soft Succulent A4 card cut half and folded to create the gatefold for the card base. Use a piece of Basic White card which has been embossed with the Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder, cut in half and then adhered to the card front.

- Stamp the flowers from the Art in Bloom Stamp Set with Tuxedo Black ink. Colour the flowers with Pale Papaya and Polished Pink Stampin' Blends. Use the Bloom Dies and then the Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder to both die cut and emboss the flowers. Die cut flowers and leaves using the Bloom Dies from Soft Succulent and Polished Pink card. Adhere to the card.

- Stamp the sentiment from the Art in Bloom stamp set onto Basic White using Soft Succulent ink. Attach this to a strip of Soft Succulent card and adhere to one side of the gatefold. Add some Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the centres of the flowers. Use a piece of Basic White on the inside of the card which has been stamped with the leaves from the Art in Bloom set.

Happy Valentine's Day - Nuts & Bolts - GDP327

Hello and welcome back! Today's post is for Global Design Project's #GDP327 Theme: Love-Valentine Challenge this week.

I decided to use some of the new products again from the new Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalouge- the Nuts & Bolts stamp set, Sweet Conversations Bundle, the Abstract Beauty Specialty DSP and the Sweet Talk DSP for the hand-cut hearts.

Instructions:

- Use Basic White A4 card cut lengthwise and folded for the card base. Layer with a piece of Basic White and then a piece of the Abstract Beauty Specialty DSP.

- Stamp the Robot from the Nuts & Bolts stamp set onto Basic White using Tuxedo Black ink. Colour with Stampin' Blends (Basic Black, Smoky Slate and Real Red). Adhere to the card. Use the Sweet Talk DSP and fussy cut out various hearts from the different papers. Adhere to the card. Use the Sweet Hearts dies to die cut the row of hearts from Basic White, adhere them to the card.

Stamp the sentiment from the Sweet Conversation stamp set using Versamark ink onto a strip of Highland Heather card and heat emboss with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Adhere to the card.

You Make Me So Happy - Rainbow of Happiness

You Make Me So Happy - Rainbow of Happiness

Hello again! I'm just dropping by to show a quick card I made today using the Rainbow of Happiness stamp set. I combined it with the 'What a Year' Memories and More card pack, and the 2021-2023 In Colour 6" x 6" DSP.

Instructions:

- Use Polished Pink A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Add a layer  Basic White card which has been stamped with the raindrops and hearts from the Rainbow of Happiness set. Stamp using Polished Pink and Pale Papaya ink and stamp off to create second generation stamped images. Layer with a piece of 2021-2023 In Colour 6" x 6" DSP and then add one of the cards from the What A Year Memories and More card pack.

- Stamp a sentiment from the Rainbow of Happiness set using Polished Pink ink onto Basic White card and layer onto strips of 2021-2023 In Colour 6" x 6" DSP and Polished Pink card. Tie a bow using a half strip of Polished Pink ribbon and adhere under the sentiment on the card.
