Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the Global Design Project's Theme Challenge where our theme this week is "Greenery". Make sure to visit the Global Design Project's Instagram & Facebook pages during the week to see the rest of the team's entries.

I used the Nature's Symphony Bundle, Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder, Array of Dots and Stampin' Blends.

Instructions:

- Use Pretty Peacock card for the base and then layer with a piece of Basic White which is embossed using the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder.

- Use the Nature's Symphony Dies to die cut pieces from Basic White card. Use a combination of smooshing (using Isopropyl Alcohol)  and direct application with Stampin' Blends to colour the die cuts. 

- Stamp a sentiment from the Nature's Symphony stamp set onto Basic White card using Pretty Peacock ink. Mat the sentiment onto a strip of Pretty Peacock card and adhere. Finally add some Pretty Peacock Array of Dots to complete the card.

I used the All Aflutter Bundle, Square Snippets DSP, Stampin' Blends and Muted Palette Dots.

Instructions:

- Use Darling Duckling for the card base. Use a piece of Basic White for the next layer some colour added using Darling Duckling Stampin' Blends and Isopropyl Alcohol. Use 2 squares from the Square Snippets DSP to mimic the sketch. 

- Stamp butterflies from the All Aflutter stamp set onto Basic White using Black ink, and use the coordinating punch to cut out the images. Colour the images with Stampin' Blends and adhere to the card.

- Stamp a sentiment from the All Aflutter stamp set onto Basic White using Black ink. Mat the sentiment onto a strip of Darling Duckling card and adhere the sentiment to the card. Finally add some Muted Palette Dots to complete the card.

Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the Global Design Project's Colour Challenge where we are using Pretty Peacock, Cajun Craze and Golden Glow. Make sure to visit the Global Design Project's Instagram & Facebook pages during the week to see the rest of the team's entries.

I used the Everlasting Thanks stamp set,  Floral Charm and Square Snippets DSP, Golden Glow Two Tone Cardstock, Stampin' Blends and Array of Dots.

Instructions:

- Use Basic White for the card base and layer with a piece of the Floral Charm DSP. Layer with two pieces (light & dark) of the Golden Glow Two Tone card. Add a square of paper from the Square Snippets DSP and a strip of Basic White DSP.

- Stamp the floral image and a sentiment from the Everlasting Thanks stamp set onto Basic White card using Tuxedo Black ink. Colour the image with Stampin' Blends in the challenge colours. Adhere the cut image onto the card. 

- Adhere the sentiment to card and finally add some Pretty Peacock Array of Dots to complete the card.

Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's card is for the 'Use Your Stash" Instagram Hop October 2026. I am joined by an amazing lineup of crafters so make sure you go to my Instagram page HERE to see the rest of the team's creations. 

The aim of the hop is to use up some of the huge stash that we all accumulate. Hopefully it will also inspire both ourselves and others to combine some of our old and new products to reduce that stash.

This month's theme is "Pastes & Paints". I went hunting through my stash and while I used Embossing Paste which is still a current catalogue item, I used retired colour reinkers (Pale Papaya, Mango Melody and So Saffron) to create my coloured embossing pastes. I also used the Valentine Kisses & Wild Bunch stamp sets (both retired) Artisan Sketched Garden DSP and Stampin' Blends.

Instructions:

- Use Basic Black card for the base, and then layer with a piece of the dotted Artisan Sketched Garden DSP. 

- Apply some White Embossing Paste to a Silicone Mat using a Palette knife. Make sure to apply three separate "blobs". Use reinkers (Pale Papaya, Mango Melody and So Saffron) and blend the colours into the paste. Use the Palette Knife and apply strips of the coloured paste to a piece of Basic White card and allow to dry and then adhere this piece to the card.

- Stamp images from the both the Valentine Kisses and Wild Bunch stamp sets onto Basic White using Tuxedo Black ink. Fussy cut the various images, colour with Stampin' Blends and layer onto the card.

- Stamp the sentiment from the Wild Bunch stamp set onto Basic White using Tuxedo Black ink and adhere.
