You Party Animal - Zany Zebra and Flower & Field Designer Series Paper Spotlight - Sale-a-bration

Hello and welcome back. Today's cards use the very pretty Flower & Field Designer Series Papers (12"x 12" Sale-a-bration Papers). This is another Sale-a-bration set that I wanted to showcase with only 2 more days of Sale-a-bration left. When I saw the Flower & Field DSP, my mind was thinking floral cards until I saw this pattern and I had to ink up the Zany Zebras stamp set. Such a playful and versatile set. I combined it with the True Love 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (from the Love You Always Suite) which had the more traditional black and white you would use with a zebra.

I also used a 2" circle punch on the Flower and Field papers. The Zebra image and sentiment were stamped on Basic White card using Tuxedo Black ink, and I stamped some decorative stars using Flirty Flamingo ink. The stamped sentiment and images were all from the Zany Zebra set.

My next card features one of the reverse sides of the Flower & Field papers, and I combined it with the Heal Your Heart stamp set (also a free Sale-a-bration set for over $90 spent in the Stampin' Up!® store).


I stamped the Corner Bouquet using Tuxedo Black ink, and used the Stamparatus to repeat stamp the image in order to make it a really deep black. I wanted to add very minimal decoration to the card so I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels and the 3/8" (1cm) Fine Art Ribbon.


For my last card, I used one of my favoured suites from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue -  the Dandy Garden Suite. 


I used the Flower & Field Sale-a-bration paper, and placed one of the Dandy Laser-Cut Speciality Paper Die cuts on top of the patterned paper. I then punched two Dragonflies from the Dandy Garden 6" x 6" DSP and used a sentiment from the Hello Dear Friend Card Kit (more about that another day).
