Butterfly Bouquet cards and unboxing

The Butterfly Bouquet products are part of a gorgeous new bundle called the Butterfly Brilliance Collection which will be available from 2nd March till 3rd May 2021. It is also an early release and will be featured in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue coming out later this year.

This bundle contains the Butterfly Brilliance Cling Stamp Set, coordinating Brilliant Wings Dies,  Butterfly Bijou 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper and Natural Touch Specialty Paper (a pale woodgrain which can be used for any project).

I have created two cards for today with the new products, and I have also created an unboxing video to see all of the new products.

Click here (or the photo below) to see all the new products.

Here is my video (forgive my first attempt, making videos is definitely a learning curve and I have lots to learn).

For my first card I used Bermuda Bay cardstock and the very pretty Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper.

Instructions:

- Use a Bermuda card base - A4 cut in half lengthwise and folded in half.

- Cut a smaller piece of Basic White card and attach to the base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

- Cut a piece of Butterfly Bijou DSP, and attach to the Basic White with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

- Use the opposite side of the DSP that was used earlier, and cut a strip of it. Also cut a strip of Basic White cardstock that is slightly wider and use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to attach the pieces together and then attach to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals,

- Die cut a butterfly the Brilliant Wings Dies out of  Basic Black card. Attach the butterfly to the card using a Mini Glue Dots on the body of the Butterfly. Pull the wings up slightly to give more dimension to the butterfly.

- Use a small piece of Basic White card and stamp a sentiment from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set.

- Use Bermuda Bay Ink and a sponge dauber to add a little ink to the edges of the sentiment piece. Attach to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.

- Adhere a piece of Basic White card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the inside of the card. Add another residual piece of the DSP and attach with glue. Also fussy cut butterflies from the DSP to the inside of the card and attach with Mini Glue Dots.

Product List

For my second card I used. Magenta Madness base, the Natural Touch Specialty Paper and the Brilliant Wings dies to cut out those dies from the Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper.

I wanted to CASE this card I had made previously, as it is one of my favourites.
