You Make Me Happy - Rainbow of Happiness - GDP335 Theme Challenge

You Make Me Happy - Rainbow of Happiness - GDP335 Theme Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's #GDP335 Theme Challenge . This week the theme is Rain/Rainbows and so of course I had to use the Rainbow of Happiness Bundle with one of my favourite sentiments ever from the stamp set. I also used a card from the 'What A Year Memories & More Card Pack' for the patterned background.

Instructions:

- Use Basic White A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Layer with a piece of Smoky Slate and then a piece of the 'What A Year Memories & More Card Pack'. Die cut a border piece using Vellum and adhere to the side of the card.

- Die cut 3 rainbows with the Brilliant Rainbow Dies using the Gold Metallic Specialty Paper and adhere. Stamp the sentiment from the Rainbow of Happiness stamp set using Polished Pink ink onto the Basic White card.

- Use an off cut piece of the New Horizons DSP (from a previous project) which has also been die cut using the Brilliant Rainbow Dies, with a strip of the Gold Metallic Paper and adhere to the sentiment. Add some Sparkle & Shine Sequins.

You Make Me So Happy - Rainbow of Happiness

You Make Me So Happy - Rainbow of Happiness

Hello again! I'm just dropping by to show a quick card I made today using the Rainbow of Happiness stamp set. I combined it with the 'What a Year' Memories and More card pack, and the 2021-2023 In Colour 6" x 6" DSP.

Instructions:

- Use Polished Pink A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Add a layer  Basic White card which has been stamped with the raindrops and hearts from the Rainbow of Happiness set. Stamp using Polished Pink and Pale Papaya ink and stamp off to create second generation stamped images. Layer with a piece of 2021-2023 In Colour 6" x 6" DSP and then add one of the cards from the What A Year Memories and More card pack.

- Stamp a sentiment from the Rainbow of Happiness set using Polished Pink ink onto Basic White card and layer onto strips of 2021-2023 In Colour 6" x 6" DSP and Polished Pink card. Tie a bow using a half strip of Polished Pink ribbon and adhere under the sentiment on the card.

You Make Me Happy - Rainbow of Happiness Bundle - Inspire and Create with Stampin' Up!®

You Make Me Happy - Rainbow of Happiness Bundle - Inspire and Create with Stampin' Up!®

Hello and welcome back! So today's post is my first for the Inspire and Create with Stampin' Up!® team which is a brand new group of Stampin' Up!® demonstrators sharing our creations every 2 weeks highlighting different techniques and themes.

Today's theme was Rainbows, so of course I had to use the gorgeous new bundle Rainbow of Happiness and I combined it with the Abstract Beauty Specialty DSP which has the most lovely colours and gold foil elements.

Instructions:

- Use Night of Navy card A4 card cut lengthwise and folded for the card base. Die cut a strip of Basic White using the border die using the Brilliant Rainbow Dies. Dab some Versamark onto the strip and heat emboss with Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder. Adhere to a piece of the Abstract Layer and adhere to the card.

- Die cut the Rainbow from Magenta Madness, Just Jade, Misty Moonlight and Gold Metallic Specialty Paper, adhere to a strip of Vellum (to tone down the pattern underneath the rainbow) and adhere to the card.

- Stamp the sentiment from the Rainbow of Happiness stamp set onto Magenta Madness and heat emboss with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Attach this to a strip of Abstract Beauty DSP. Add some ephemera from the Abstract Beauty Ephemera Pack.
