A Little Hello - Boughs & Blossoms - GDP344 Case The Designer Challenge

A Little Hello - Boughs & Blossoms - GDP344 Case The Designer Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's #GDP344 Case The Designer . Today we are CASEing the amazing Charlet Mallett.

I love Charlet's original card with all its vibrant colours. I decided to use the florals and layout as inspiration for my card today. I used the Boughs & Blossoms stamp set, Bough Punch and 2021-2023 In Colour Opal Rounds. I also used the just retired Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder. Don't forget this stamp set will be retiring at the end of June, and it is a perfect set for easy to create floral card especially with the coordinating Bough Punch.

Instructions:

- Use Gray Granite A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Layer with a piece of the Basic White card embossed with the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder (retired).

- Stamp the flowers and leaves using Polished Pink, Daffodil Delight, Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide inks onto Basic White card and fussy cut. Punch leaves using the Bough Punch from Gray Granite and Parakeet Party. Adhere all of the flowers and leaves to the card.

Stamp the sentiment from the Boughs & Blossoms stamp set using Versamark ink onto Basic  Gray card and heat emboss with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Add some Polished Pink 2021-2023 In Colour Opal Rounds.

Hello Beautiful - Hello Beautiful and Boughs & Blossoms Bundle - GDP331 Theme Challenge

Hello Beautiful - Hello Beautiful and Boughs & Blossoms Bundle - GDP331 Theme Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's Theme Challenge #GDP331 . This week we have a Dots and Circles theme, so I decide to create a bright fun card using die cut circles and sequins.

I decided to use the Hello Beautiful Bundle and combined it with the Boughs & Blossoms Bundle and the Sequins For Everything.

Instructions:

- Use Night of Navy A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Layer Basic White on top. Die cut multiple circles using the Beautiful Shapes Dies from Basic White card. Colour the circles with Stampin' Blends (Pale Papaya, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Magenta Madness, Highland Heather, Pool Party and Granny Apple Green). Adhere the circles to the card.

Stamp the sentiment from the Hello Beautiful stamp set using Night of Navy ink onto the Basic White card. Stamp a floral image from the Boughs & Blossoms stamp set using Magenta Madness Ink onto Basic White card and fussy cut out.  Use the Bough Punch to cut some leaves from Vellum and adhere to a couple of the circles

Adhere multiple colours of Sequins For Everything to the card.

A Little Hello - Boughs & Blossoms Bundle

A Little Hello - Boughs & Blossoms Bundle

Hello again! I'm just dropping by to show a card I made using the Boughs & Blossoms bundle which consists of the Boughs & Blossoms Stamp Set and the Bough Punch. I combined the set with the Abstract Beauty Specialty DSP and Cards and Envelopes which made it so much quicker to make this card.

Instructions:

- Use one of the Abstract Beauty Cards & Envelopes as the card base. Using So Saffron and Mango Melody  ink, stamp three flowers onto Basic White card (using a blending brush to mix the colours a little) and fussy cut out. Stamp leaves in Misty Moonlight and also fussy cut them out with snips. Use the bough punch to die cut some leaves from the Abstract Beauty Specialty DSP..

- Stamp a sentiment from the Boughs & Blossoms set using Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White card and adhere to a strip of So Saffron card. Add a small bow using Baker's Twine and adhere. Add some Rhinestone Basic Jewels coloured with Magenta Madness Stampin' Blends  to the front.

A Little Hello - Boughs & Blossoms - GDP329 Colour Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today's card is for Global Design Project's Colour Challenge #GDP329 using the colours Misty Moonlight, Magenta Madness and Mango Melody.

For my card today I decided to use the Boughs & Blossoms Bundle from the new Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalouge. I also used the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder, Sprig Punch and Sunshine & Rainbows DSP.

Instructions:

- Use Basic White A4 card cut lengthwise and folded for the card base. Use a piece of Basic White and blend Mango Melody ink onto it in an Ombré style using a Blending Brush. Run through the Painted Texture Embossing Folder and adhere to the card.
