Hello again and welcome back to my blog! I have another Just Add Ink Design Team post for you today. This week's challenge is the Just Add Ink #JAI675 Spotlight Technique Challenge .
I used the Berry Harvest and Go To Greetings stamp sets (colouring the images with Stampin' Blends). I embossed the background with the Cross Hatch Basics Embossing Folder and added the Gold Simply Elegant Trim and Blooming Pearls.
Instructions:
- Use Crumb Cake card for the card base. Layer with a piece of Basic White and then a piece of Berry Burst card embossed with the Cross Hatch Basics Embossing Folder.
- Stamp the large Berry Harvest image twice with Smoky Slate ink onto a piece of Basic White using a stamping tool like the Stamapartus (retired). Trim one image down for the card front and use Paper Snips to fussy cut the other image to cut out some leaves and berries. Colour the fussy cut image with Stampin' Blends (Berry Burst, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive) and layer on top of the other stamped image.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Go To Greetings stamp set onto Basic White card using Tuxedo Black ink and mat this sentiment onto a strip of Berry Burst card. Tie a bow using the Gold Simply Elegant Trim and add this and Gold Blooming Pearls to complete the card.
