Hello again and welcome back to my blog! I have another Just Add Ink Design Team post for you today. This week's challenge is the Just Add Ink #JAI659 Colour Challenge .
For our colour challenge this week, our colours are Pretty Peacock, Coastal Cabana and Lemon Lolly. I used the Night of Flight Host stamp set, Wonderful Thoughts stamp set for the sentiment and Stampin' Blends to colour the images. I also used the Bright & Beautiful as well as the Earthen Elegance DSP for the layers. I added some Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems to complete the card.
Instructions:
- Use Basic White card for the base. Layer with a piece of Coastal Cabana card, a piece of the Lemon Lolly DSP from the Bright & Beautiful DSP and then with a piece of the Pretty Peacock Earthen Elegance DSP.
- Use a piece of Basic White card and add Pretty Peacock Stampin' Blends diluted with Isopropyl Alcohol. Splatter Pretty Peacock and Lemon Lolly Stampin' Blends onto this piece as well as splattering with a Coastal Cabana Stampin' Write marker.
- Stamp the images from the Night of Flight stamp set using Pebbled Path ink and stamp the sentiment from Wonderful Thoughts stamp set with Coastal Cabana ink onto Basic White.
- Fussy cut the images and colour with Pretty Peacock and Lemon Lolly Stampin' Blends and a Coastal Cabana Stampin' Write marker.
- Adhere the images and sentiment to the card and add some Lemon Lolly Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems to the card and images to complete.
