Hello again and welcome back to my blog! I have another Just Add Ink Design Team post for you today. This week's challenge is the Just Add Ink #JAI655 Just Add Music Challenge .
I decided to forgo my obsession with pink and create a themed masculine card using my favourite new 2023-2025 In Colours. I used the Enjoy The Rhythm stamp set and combined it with the Merry Melody Embossing Folder, 2023-2025 In Colour DSP and the 2023-2025 In Colour Dots. I coloured the images with Stampin' Blends.
Instructions:
- For the card base, use a piece of Pebbled Path A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded. Layer with a piece of Basic White card which has been embossed with the Merry Melody Embossing Folder. Apply a light layer of Pebbled Path ink using a Blending Brush to the raised embossed areas on the card.
- Stamp the guitar images from the Enjoy the Rhythm stamp set onto Basic White card using Tuxedo Black ink. Colour the images with Stampin' Blends (Moody Mauve, Wild Wheat and Pebbled Path) haphazardly to create visual interest.
- Punch 2" Circles from the 2023-2025 In Colour DSP in the coordinating colours to the Stampin' Blends and adhere them to the card and then add the stamped images.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Enjoy the Rhythm set onto Basic White card with Pebbled Path. Mat the sentiment with a strip of Pebbled Path card. Add some 2023-2025 In Colour Dots to complete.
