Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today I have a card using the Hippest Hippos stamp set which is a brand new Sale-a-bration set available during July & August 2022. You can get these stamps for FREE when you spend $90 or more during these two months. If you spend another $90, you can also get the coordinating Hippo Dies (which are totally adorable) also for FREE. Instructions:

- Use Crumb Cake A4 card cut in half lengthwise and folded for the card base. Layer with a piece of the Rings of Love DSP. Use a piece of Basic White and apply Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party inks with Blending Brushes to create sky/grass on the card.

- Stamp one of the Hippos from the Hippest Hippos set using Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White. Colour with Stampin' Blends (Gray Granite, Smokey Slate, Mint Macaron, Petal Pink and So Saffron). Die cut grass and flowers from cardstock (Parakeet Party, Crushed Curry and Poppy Parade).

- Adhere the hippo, grass and flowers to the card. Stamp a sentiment from the Hippest Hippo stamp set using Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White card and attach to the card with some die cut flowers on either side. Add some Solid Faceted Gems to each of the flowers.
